These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any purchase you make through it. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Sauna Supplies 4 the People sells sauna heater packages, outdoor sauna kits, and indoor infrared saunas from established manufacturers, factory-direct. We are a veteran and woman-owned business based in Texas.
We make a good-faith effort to keep product descriptions, specifications, images, and prices accurate and up to date. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. In the rare event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a technical or human error, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where an order has already been placed at the incorrect price, to contact you before proceeding.
Placing an order through this site is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (for example, if a product is unexpectedly unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if there was a pricing error). We will contact you using the information you provided if we cannot fulfill an order as placed.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and verified.
Shipping charges depend on what's in your order and are always calculated and disclosed before you pay, at checkout and in your order confirmation -- never added afterward.
Large products (sauna kits and cabins) may ship separately from smaller items in the same order, and by a different carrier or timeline. We provide tracking, carrier, and delivery information as it becomes available from the manufacturer or freight carrier once your order is prepared and dispatched. Unless we've confirmed a specific delivery date, carrier, or delivery service (such as liftgate, inside delivery, or white-glove/appointment delivery) with you in writing for your specific order, no such date or service is guaranteed.
Join the People is a free program, not a paid membership. Joining requires completing the current pledge/access process on this site -- there is no fee, and email marketing consent is never required to join or to access People’s Price.
Once you’ve joined, People’s Price applies automatically to eligible merchandise, according to the pricing rules we configure for each product (which may include a fixed dollar discount, a tier based on the product’s retail price, or a product-specific override). Some manufacturers set a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) for their products; where that applies, it may affect how or whether a discounted price can be displayed. Not every product is guaranteed to carry a People’s Price discount.
People’s Price applies to merchandise only -- it never discounts shipping or tax, which are calculated and shown separately. People’s Price cannot be automatically combined or stacked with other promotional codes or coupons unless we say otherwise for a specific promotion.
As with any listed price, if a pricing error occurs (for example, due to a technical or data error), we may correct it before accepting your order, consistent with the Product Information & Pricing section above. We may revoke or suspend Join the People access where we reasonably believe it is being used fraudulently or abusively (for example, creating multiple accounts to bypass per-customer pricing rules).
We do not currently set an expiration period on Join the People access once granted.
We have not yet finalized our formal policies for order cancellations, returns, restocking fees, or warranty claim handling beyond what each manufacturer independently publishes for its own products (see the Manuals & Documents on each product page). Until those policies are published here, please contact us directly at help@saunasupplies4thepeople.com as soon as possible about any order change, cancellation, return, or warranty concern, and we will work with you on a case-by-case basis. [Flagged for business/legal review before production launch -- no specific return window, restocking fee, cancellation fee, or delivery guarantee is promised here until that decision is made.]
Where a manufacturer warranty applies to a product, it is provided by the manufacturer according to that manufacturer's own published terms -- see the Manuals & Documents section on each product's page for the manufacturer's current documentation. We do not independently extend or modify manufacturer warranty terms.
Electric sauna heaters require proper electrical installation. As stated on each applicable product page, installation must be completed by a qualified, licensed electrician in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and all applicable local electrical codes. We are not responsible for installation performed by the customer or by a third party.
The "Request a Product" feature lets you ask us to try to source a product we don't currently list. Submitting a request does not guarantee we can obtain that product, match a quoted price, or place any specific order -- we will follow up with you directly after reviewing your request.
This site relies on third-party services to operate, including Stripe (payments) and Cloudflare (hosting/infrastructure). Your use of those services as part of using this site is also subject to their own terms.
The content on this site -- including text, layout, and our own product photography -- belongs to Sauna Supplies 4 the People or is used with permission, except where a manufacturer's own trademarks, names, or materials are shown to accurately describe their products. Please don't reproduce this site's content without our permission.
This website and the products sold on it are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or your purchase, beyond what is required by law or by an applicable manufacturer warranty. Nothing in this section limits any right you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.
