Sizing, installation, and care guides for sauna heaters and kits. More guides coming soon.
Heater output is matched to room volume in cubic feet, not square footage. Enter your room dimensions below, plus any cold surface materials (glass, brick, or stone), and we'll calculate the heater size you need. Each square foot of cold surface adds 2 cubic feet to your total, since those materials pull heat from the room.
Based on the industry-standard guideline of roughly 1 kW per 45–50 cubic feet of sauna volume. Always confirm against the "Recommended Room Size" spec on the heater's product page, and add 15–20% more capacity for outdoor saunas or poorly insulated rooms.

Every heater package we sell includes the heater, the required controls, and sauna stones -- never sold heater-only. The exact components for each model are listed in the Includes accordion on that product’s page.
Most heater packages ship free. Some items ship via freight instead, which is called out directly on the product page and in the cart -- check the shipping note on each product before ordering.
